Dear Society Secretary,
Affiliation for the 2026/2027 season (1st October 2026 to 30th September 2027) is now open. All member societies must complete their affiliation form and submit the annual membership fee of €120 directly into the Association of Irish Musical Societies Bank Account.
- End of October 2026: Fee must be paid by this date at the latest. Otherwise your society members will be ineligible to vote and may not be elected to Regional Office or to National Council.
- 1st December 2026: Societies unpaid by 1st December will lose their vote at the National AGM, will no longer be Members of AIMS, and will not be eligible for AIMS services (including Adjudication & the Awards Weekend).
- Retrospective Fee (€100): If your society did not register in the 2025/2026 season, a retrospective fee of €100 applies in addition to the €120 fee (€220 total).

Register your official contact info, address, Eircode, and 3 nominated representatives (with legal Memorandum of Association undertaking).
Bank of Ireland IBAN
Pay directly via Bank of Ireland transfer using your Society Name as the transfer reference for instant registrar reconciliation.
Adjudication & Registration No.
Receive your unique AIMS-REG-2026-XXXX number and link for the Adjudication Booking Form (must apply at least 6 weeks before opening night).
